Fulbright-Hays competition to open, information sessions offered

fulbright_logo1US Department of Education has indicated that the Fulbright-Hays DDRA competition will open in January.

This program provides grants to colleges and universities to fund individual doctoral students who conduct research in other countries, in modern foreign languages and area studies for periods of six to 12 months. Projects deepen research knowledge on and help the nation develop capability in areas of the world not generally included in U.S. curricula. Projects focusing on Western Europe are not supported.

Two informational sessions will be offered in coming weeks for students interested in applying.

  • Fulbright-Hays DDRA Tech Review Session
    This session will focus on the technical review questions used to evaluate proposals by the national committee.
