Are you fascinated by Africa? Or just like to volunteer? Consider volunteering for Day in Africa on April 13, 2016.
Day in Africa brings together high school students from across Wisconsin to explore the languages and cultures of Africa in sessions led by UW-Madison faculty, students, and staff. Many of the sessions will incorporate this year’s theme of health and healing in Africa and beyond.
We will need all kinds of volunteers, so whether you’re people-friendly, have photographic skills or know how to run a digital projector, we need you!
Volunteer are needed from 8:30am to 1pm on Wednesday April 13. You can choose to volunteer for the whole time or part of the time (For example – 8:30-10:30am or 10:30-1pm).
Check out the program to see which sessions might interest you most, and send an email to outreach@africa.webhosting.cals.wisc.edu.
