GRADUATE STUDENTS

Lauren Parnell Marino received the Mary Washburn Willets Award for Excellence in the Social Sciences for her project, “Women’s Entrepreneurial Networks in Uganda: A Theory of Change and Empowerment.”

 

 

 

Sooji Kim received the Hyde Dissertation Research Award for Graduate Students for her project, “Discursive Practices on Women’s Empowerment amongst Development Partners in Tanzania.”

 

 

 

Regina Fuller received Honorable Mention, Deborah A. Hobbins Graduate Student Award in Reproductive Health, Rights, and Justice, for the project “Debating sexuality: Sexual ideologies, gender, and education policy in Ghana.”
