ACADES COMMUNICATIONS OR RESEARCH INTERN

The Associated Center for Agro-Based Development (ACADES) was established to promote youth economic empowerment through agriculture. The organization currently supports 3,000 rural youth farmers in central Malawi. ACADES supports rural youth to improve their social-economic wellbeing and create self-economic opportunities through agriculture. The organization’s support services include provision of skills development trainings, provision of farm inputs loans, and market facilitation. ACADES collaborates with the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus organization, Project Malawi, which promotes health, equity, and development in under-resourced sectors of Malawi.
