Sylvie Niombo is Executive Director of a Congolese NGO, AZUR Développement, based in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo.  Cofounder of AZUR, Ms. Niombo spends much of her time building and strengthening partnerships between AZUR and other organizations, especially women’s organizations in the region. Among Azur’s many projects are Feminist Tech Exchanges—digital literacy and support workshops for women—and HIV/AIDS prevention and education.  Sylvie is also a member of APC Africa Women Network.
