The African Studies Program has a selection of highly acclaimed Africa-related books available for loan to educators free of charge. The books are primarily fiction, but also include autobiographical works, folktales, graphic novels, picture books, and young-adult novels.
Book Baskets are specially curated with books that are grouped thematically by subject, reading level, country, or region. Educators who would like suggestions or help in assembling a customized basket can contact the African Studies Outreach Coordinator at outreach@africa.wisc.edu.
