Ann Evensen

Ann Evensen, MD, FAAFP, completed her undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She had residency training at the University of Washington-affiliated program in Renton, WA. Since residency she has practiced part-time but full-scope family medicine in rural and private practices in WA and WI.
