A staff attorney at the Connecticut Institute for Refugees and Immigrants (CIRI), an immigration legal services nonprofit, is seeking a Hausa interpreter. The work is being conducted within CIRI’s grant-funded Survivor Services Program, which provides free legal representation to survivors of torture, the majority of whom are seeking asylum. 30-40 hours of either in-person or telephonic Hausa interpretation assistance is requested for a case lasting between December 2018 and June 2019.
