Don’t forget to add an African Studies course to your schedule next semester! The African Studies Spring 2023 Course List is now live. This semester promises to enlighten with 40 courses overall, including 3 Afro-American Studies courses, 6 Sociology courses, and 15 courses in African Cultural Studies. Spanning from ACS 202: “Youth Culture: Hip Hop in Africa” to Curriculum and Instruction 975: “Black Arts in Education,” each course on the list counts toward the Certificate in African Studies.
